Job Description :

- The primary objective is to manage the direct B2C sale pathway to make it effective in giving tangible revenue generation and building it into a separate revenue stream through digital and low touch methodologies.


- Secondary objectives include process improvements in order to drive efficiencies and automation including Logistics, Customer Service and Customer Experience.

Description :

- This position is based at New Delhi head office and expects the person to coordinate with all departments, stakeholders, management team to get their effective buy in, efforts and interest to run the processes smoothly making immediate and effective changes as an when sort for.

- Handle end to end Direct to Consumer channel operations and see that it should run smoothly with focus on deliverables on TATS and Quality checks at each stage to ensure delightful consumer experience

- Analyzing top of the funnel digital assets, measuring and driving performance on cost and process efficiency

- Drive campaign along with Marketing to increase number of leads coming month on month and their conversion from lead to customer. Analysing top of the funnel assets and ensure

- Managing a team w.r.t Calling norms, Conversion Targets etc.

- Analyse lead data and report on conversion trends at each stage and generate Insights

- Initiate and organise Mini surveys to understand patient profile, Trigger and barrier for using therapy, perceived benefits !

- Review and channelize work products/deliverables and benchmarking, post research, with the best industry standards

- Financial Modelling with New Marketing Blue Print


- Track and analyse channel progress (and profitability) and find gap areas; drive outcomes of the respective teams

- Corporate activation modelling and profitability matrices


Profile :

Minimum :

- MBA Marketing/Finance along with Engineering/ Technological degree with a passion for data analytics, technological solutions, digital pathway build ups and process mappings

- Experience in a B2C customer focus role preferably in an operations and logistics/ distribution environment

- Previous project management experience

- Knowledge of digital pathways and available platforms capabilities analytics to chose the best solution in the environment

Preferred :

- Experience working for a medical device company in key operational positions

- Strong Project management skills
