The product division of HealthAsyst partners with leading EHR, PMS and RIS vendors to provide cutting-edge patient engagement solutions to small and large provider group in the US market. url: http://www.healthasyst.com/ Position - Business Analyst Department - Services Division Location - Bangalore, India Experience - 3-8 Years Reports to Lead BA Job Description - - At least 3-8 years of experience in Healthcare Payer domain with emphasis on Claims modules - This is a techno-functional role that requires the candidate to have a sound knowledge of Healthcare IT business model and is primarily designed for candidates who would want to understand the business and functional aspects of the Healthcare IT Payer ecosystem around Claims. - Engagement portal based experience is an advantage - Exposure to US Healthcare EDI Transaction set is mandatory - Role requires to gather business and functional requirements, assist in creating requirements into technical specifications. Additionally, the person will assist in creating product/project documentation, such as high level designs, functional requirements documents, source to target mapping documents and user testing documents. Experience working with on-shore/off-shore delivery model is also required. - Exposure to TFS Responsibilities - - Gather and analyze business and/or functional requirements from 1 or more client business teams - Capability to manage requirement of multiple projects at same time - Work with business stakeholders to complete artifacts, including high level solution design documentation and detailed business rules documentation - Validate requirements with stakeholders and the larger day to day project team, provide suggestions and recommendations in line with industry best practices - Present written and verbal data analysis findings, to both the project team and business stakeholders as required to support the requirements gathering phase and issue resolution activities - Manage changing business priorities and scope and work on multiple projects concurrently - Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
