Health Cover is Bangalore Based Financial Payments company that provides Lending and Cloud based POS services and is run by 2X entrepreneurs ex Manipal Healthcare and ex-CapitalFloat (Axio) executives.

Our platform helps healthcare providers exceed financial goals and improve the end-to-end digital patient experience, from pre-service through payment. We are a Fintech Company providing e-commerce-like swift, secure and amazing payment experiences in healthcare.

The Lending Support Executive is in charge of identifying customers when they sign up for loans and keeping that information up to date for as long as the customer is a borrower. The Lending Support Executive intakes and manages the KYC-related process of customers' ownership and control structures to make sure that the right people and businesses are being identified. This role is responsible for making sure that day-to-day operations and controls are done within the time frame given. The KYC Officer also helps with other administrative tasks that have to do with KYC information.

Job Seniority: intermediate or experienced level Executive/Support Associate

Responsibilities:

- Getting users to fill out KYC documentation by collecting, validating, verifying, analysing, and calling them.

- Keeping the electronic records of clients in line with the KYC paperwork.

- Follow up with the right team about the needed paperwork.

- Using the applications to do different administrative tasks.

- Keeping in touch with different senior relationship managers inside the company.

- Getting back to emails or phone calls in a timely and professional way.

- Doing tasks correctly and on time, while following rules, policies, and procedures.

- Taking care of loan support tickets and questions

Requirements:

- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration.

- Having 1-3 years of experience.

- Understanding the foundation of KYC is preferred

- Strong proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written English.

- Problem-solving skills coupled with analytical skills to ask the right questions and extract the right information.

- Good planning and time management skills.
