Health Cover - Project Manager

Health Cover is Bangalore Based Financial Payments company that provides Lending and Cloud based POS services and is run by 2X entrepreneurs ex Manipal Healthcare and ex-CapitalFloat (Axio) executives. Our platform helps healthcare providers exceed financial goals and improve the end-to-end digital patient experience, from pre-service through payment. We are a Fintech Company providing e-commerce-like swift, secure and amazing payment experiences in healthcare.

To help us grow, we are looking for awesome team-players to join us and contribute towards building Buy Now Pay Later Platform for Healthcare.

Requirements to Apply as a PRoject Manager

- Must have at least three years of experience in Consumer-Tech PRoject Management. Program Management or Strategy Consulting experience will also be taken into account.

- Be good at figuring things out. You love data and are good at making decisions based on it.

- A strong desire to make beautiful products that focus on the customer.

- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and in person.

- Proven experience running complicated projects with a lot of different people involved, especially engineers.

- You do well in a fast-paced, changing environment with few resources and changing needs.

Key Duties :

- Finding out what customers, the company, and the product need by constantly analysing user data and doing user research.

- Giving projects a clear order of importance by figuring out how they affect the business and how much engineering work they require.

- Working with the design, engineering, and data science teams to solve problems with products.

- Running an agile development process to make sure that features are released on time.

- Running A/B tests and experiments all the time to help improve the product based on data
