Customer Success Specialist - Health Insurance
We are looking to hire Customer Success Specialist or Representatives, to take care of one of the most important sales workflow in the business.
Location : Remote or Bangalore
- The candidate must be willing to travel in Bangalore most times and rest of the time remotely in Bangalore.
- We are looking for a smart, aggressive, enthusiastic and a self-motivated individual who can narrow their focus to one singular goal, in this case, growth.
- The role will allow you to drive successful sales and customer support process in selling Health Insurance products.
Job Responsibilities :
- Interacting with the prospective or existing members to deliver the KPIs and SLAs
- Interacting with customers on multiple channels and expelling them the features of the products to drive sales
Post Sales managing the rest of the lifecycle as instructed by the supervisor
- On-ground customer management and operations of getting the product at the partner sites like pharmacies or apartment complexes in Bangalore at a given location.
- Explain the commission and usage of the technology product to the partner sites.
- Meet the KPIs of the given customer onboarding numbers and do so in the most efficient way possible
- Working towards resolving issues at customer end ensuring overall interest of the company is not compromised
- Ensuring timely update of all reports on a day to day basis by the product team and checking on sanity of the same
- Work hand in hand with the Bangalore team to develop/implement new plans/ ideas that will enhance the operations of the company at large
- Adhere to OKR's for operational work and track the same monthly
- Ensure the demands of the customers are noted and the current offerings are explained well
- Keep a track of assigned tasks in dashboard and ensure On-time onboarding of clients and find ways to maximize the goal of the day to day operations - in this case the number of enrollments into the packages offered by the company
- Ensuring minimum escalation at customer front and working towards maximizing the enrollments into the packages offered by the company
- Work closely with the product team drive onboarding of new clients and consumers
- 5+ years of operations handling experience preferably with ecommerce companies or furniture lending companies or pharmaceutical distribution etc in multiple cities preferred.
Requirements for the role :
- Excellent English written and oral communication
- Detail oriented: be able to go to field to understand processes in detail and create content accordingly
- Structured thinking: be able to break down complex concepts and create content in a simplified and easy to understand manner
- Creative thinking: be able to visualize and present content in creative ways for faster understanding
- Have experience or specialization in e-commerce operations
- Must be willing to travel in Bangalore most times and rest of the time remotely in Bangalore.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in a Health Insurance CRM or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
