Healofy - Senior Finance Manager

Looking for a technically strong and enthusiastic professional with prior startup experience of handling finance, accounts and legal compliances.

We are a fast growing Series A startup backed by Alibaba, Omidyar VC and you will be leading the finance team.

Responsibilities - 

- Supervise all aspects of accounting.

- Supervise and critically examine daily financial operations.

- Lead the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts.

- Independently manage AP and AR functions.

- Ensure tax filing reports are submitted timely for each entity and jurisdiction.

- Budgeting and Forecasting of costs and cash flow by close tracking of month, quarter and year.

- Assists in ensuring that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with law firm for day to day compliance and legal requirements.

Requirements

- You are an experienced finance professional - B.com, CMA, Chartered Accountant and/or MBA with specialization in Finance along with a law degree.

- You must have worked in Startup Environment for more than a year.

- 6-9 years of Accounting and Finance experience in a financial management position of a company.

- Ability to take immediate ownership of finance processes, establish metrics and improvement goals to streamline these, achieving industry excellence in performance and business value delivered.

- Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.

- Experience in managing internal and annual audits.

- Hands on working experience in compliance requirements with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, Legal and FEMA.

- Fair understanding on Compliance of Labour Laws and filings pertaining to Companies Act, 2013
