Healofy - Product Manager - Community Engagement

Job Description for the role of Senior Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work on Healofy Community product to integrate the C's of healofy products which are Content, Community & Commerce

- Scaling Healofy's community & growing engagement inside the community for existing & new users

- Positioning Healofy as the most trusted platform of health & medical content by mothers & for the mothers.

- Have a complete understanding of the customer needs, both existing and potential.

- User research and user oriented, user driven.

- Revenue generation and growth strategy

- Work closely with healofy users to understand their needs & implement the same in building & scaling Healofy Mothers Community

- Experience in the content space with exposure to social media trends, online marketing, and brand building.

- Ability to develop and drive business strategy.

- Multiple successful launches of V1 products in a rapid growth environment.

- Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment with a short iteration cadence.

- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience managing multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and task delegation.

- 3-7 years of startup experience e startups preferably the ones working in community product & have scaled communities by 10x
