Responsibilities:
We're scaling up our Digital Products, and we are looking for a Sales Head to lead our digital sales team and help build our Domestic & International business from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and driving sales targets for the entire sales team
- Daily tracking and analyzing of team and individual call metrics and sales funnel
- Troubleshooting sales calls, and providing individualized support to under-performers.
- Helping the sales team to build exceptional customer relationships, and achieve world-class net promoter score (NPS)
- Supporting management in recruiting and training of sales team
- Ownership of the revenue targets.
- Managing the entire sales life cycle : starting from hiring, training, and retaining talent, setting up and measuring targets, and process/product improvements.
- Responsible for conversion funnel and sales KPIs.
- Planning for daily, weekly, and monthly targets, updating and maintaining reports.
- Bring market & consumer insights to influence products & offerings.

Key Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in leading & driving sales for an Edtech/Healthtech/Consumer Internet company in the domestic market is a must.
- Significant start-up growth experience.
- Sound understanding of sales funnels and ability to understand and analyze call data and metrics is a must.
- Experience in driving geometric growth.
- Building, mentoring, preparing, and driving Sales teams of each target segment to achieve revenue goals.
- Drives retention, upselling, cross-selling and re-selling to existing customers through high impact engagement programs.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration to build future products and services.
- Superlative team building and management experience and skills
- Excellent Interpersonal & English communication skills
- Team leadership and coaching skills
- Consistent track record of achieving revenue targets.

Minimum Qualification & Perks:
- Must hold a Graduate/Post-graduate degree. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
