ESG Compliance Manager - EHS Management

Cureskin is an consumer-health brand that provides personalised skin & hair-fall treatments. We operate through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to automatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to design personalised treatments, and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical + pharmaceutical).

As the ESG Compliance Manager of Cureskin, you will work in the company with the following responsibilities:

- Develop EHS measures. Should ensure supervision, monitoring and implementation of the EHS (Environment Health and Safety) specific measures at the Company as well as facility levels, with active engagement in selection and deployment at the asset level.

- Build and own ESMS. Work with external consultancy to drive the implementation of ESMS (Environmental and Social Management Systems) policies that will involve extensive interactions with several vendors across the supply chain, in addition to internal stakeholders.

- Emergency Preparedness and response plans. Ensure that all facilities (warehouses / vendor manufacturing) have developed EPRP, oversee regular mock drills. Actively work to mitigate risks.

- Drive new social impact initiatives. Develop new social impact initiatives and lead them towards successful execution and external communication to build goodwill for the brand.

- Own the overall ESG mandate. Engage with stakeholders such as the legal, finance, investors, supply chain, and operations team to drive ESG Policy along with driving specific action items and best practices.

What we're looking for:

- At-least 7-10 years of work experience in the sustainability field, with prior experience in driving EHS or ESG mandates.

- Excellent communication skills to manage multi-stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with senior stakeholders and leaders, building rapport across functional boundaries and organisations.

- Excellent project management skills and an ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse stakeholders
