Heallo.ai - Chief Financial Officer

Cureskin is an consumer-health brand that provides personalized skin & hair-fall treatments. We operate through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI to automatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to design personalized treatments, and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical + pharmaceutical).

As the CFO of Cureskin, you will head the Finance, Accounting and Compliance functions in the company with the following responsibilities.

- Play a key role in the business scale-up. Work with internal stakeholders to improve scalability of various functions, improve their cost structures, economics and efficiency. Identify and drive opportunities for revenue maximization and cost optimization.

- Head the Finance function, including Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis.

- Work with founders and key management to build and drive Annual Operating Plans.

- Head the Accounting function, including all forms of reporting, MIS preparation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash-flow management, Internal and Statutory Audits.

- Work with CEO in stake-holder management including investor reporting, investment related due diligences and leveraging efficient financing opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, direct/indirect taxation and supporting the business in necessary legal and statutory compliance.

- Monitor and manage working capital requirements to optimize cash flow, particularly with regard to Supply Chain.

- Liaison with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) for financial and non-financial information.

- Legal and Administration Managing Legal and Administration function for the company, legal work includes contract review, litigation, compliance, liaising with government authorities.Compliance &

- Control: Build robust control environment in organization, handle Legal & Secretarial function.

- Build, lead and grow the internal team of Finance controllers, Accountants and Legal experts as per business requirements.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

- 15+ years of experience in a Senior financial managerial position at companies of at-least 300 Cr annual net revenue.

- Very high degree of ownership and responsibility. Exceptional communication skills.

- Advanced data analysis skills, including proficiency in various data modeling and reporting tools.

- Prior experience working at Brand (inventory led model with a Supply Chain) is strongly preferred.

- Professional accounting designation preferred (CA, CMA or CPA)
