Your Role : Headout is looking to add a Finance Senior Associate- Core Accounting to be a part of our rapid growth journey. You will work with our Finance Manager to ensure that our books are maintained accurately on a day-to-day basis. You will communicate with all stakeholders to ensure that all accounts are settled on time. Our ideal candidate looks for the best ways to represent data internally while maintaining compliance externally. What you'll do? - Maintain day to day books of all financial transactions at Headout - Prepare financial accounts including balance sheet, P&amp;L, and CFS - Review &amp; Reconcile invoices received in a timely &amp; accurate manner - Review &amp; Prepare invoices to be sent out to partners and ensure timely collection of payments - Be the point of contact for both internal &amp; external stakeholders - Track budgetary expenditure and conduct regular variance analysis - Ensure accurate record-keeping of all supporting documents - Meet required filing deadlines with regulatory authorities What we're looking for? - 3-5 years experience in a finance role, excluding Articleship. - M.Com /BBA/ MBA Finance CA/CMA or any other course with a major in accounts or finance - Great focus and attention to detail - Strong data and quantitative skills - Proficiency in Tally and other ERP preferred - Proficiency in Excel/ Google spreadsheets - Be relentless in the pursuit of excellence - Startup experience is preferred - Salary would also depend on the candidate's prior experience and is negotiable.
