Headout - Senior Associate - Finance - Receivables

Headout is looking for an Sr. Associate - Finance who is capable of adapting to a fast paced environment. In the finance team, you will be responsible for handling reconciliations of revenue, payment gateway & all distributors to ensure accurate and timely recording is done. You will be responsible for solving systemic issues in the process and data infrastructure. This is a high impact role that will report to our Head of Finance, and will play a critical role in ensuring Headout's growth.

Given the ever evolving nature of our business, it is critical that you are able to learn independently and seek out & evaluate new ideas to bring back to the organisation.

Your Role:

- Handling reconciliations of revenue, payment gateway & all distributors to ensure accurate and timely recording is done

- Develop new processes and procedures to improve the receivables process

- Ensuring financial controls and data integrity are in place and adhered to

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for key data points to support business decisions

- Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve payment/ receipt related enquiries

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant

- 0-2 years post qualification experience, preferably in receivables or payables

- Great focus and attention to detail

- Skilled with Excel / Google Sheets

- Strong data and quantitative skills
