About the role:

Headout is looking for a Manager - process excellence who is a strong communicator, system-builder, and project manager.

Given the ever-evolving nature of our business, it is critical that you are able to learn independently and seek out & evaluate new ideas to bring back to the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Strategize, implement, and maintain process excellence initiatives that adhere to Finance department objectives (Eg ERP implementation, Host to Host banking payments implementation, Accounts Payable process automation, etc)

- Work closely with the project sponsor and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

- Develop and manage the budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

Skills and Qualifications :

- Master's degree in business administration or related field

- 5+ years in a consultancy role (preference given to those with program management experience) with a background in finance.

- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

- Previous stakeholder management skills
