We are hiring the Zonal Sales Head for a mobile commerce based company headquartered at Pune

Zonal Sales Head

This position will manage the entire Field, Customer Support operations. He will manage a Field and Support team who are responsible to build on ground strength of company's direct to farmer m-commerce business. Will be responsible for complete Operation activities, supporting customers and activities to build business.

Job role and responsibility:

1. Person would be responsible for increasing sales revenue, achieving team targets and developing new territories to increase sales.

2. Strategies on building filed operation activities with the help of right marketing tools.

3. Communicate value of products/technologies/technology to farmers and other stakeholders to create demand from farmers. Develop a key sales strategy with long-term business plans

4. Conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and handling sales activities to face counter-competition; collecting valuable data about competitors and sufficient supply of the products to meet consumer demand.

5. Charting out marketing strategies and enhancing business volume as per profitability norms

6. Highly focused on high profitable products to enhance the profitability of the organization

7. Hire, Develop and retain the right talent in the sales team and motivate them to achieve the overall company growth objective.

8. Looked after accounts / cash-flows / receivables, i.e. credit control management

9. Setting territory targets in consultation with the respective State Heads/Managers based on the Regional Sales Plan. Also Operational planning for the way in which the sales targets can be achieved in their respective territory. These plans have to be in sync with the regional plans as discussed with the State Heads/Managers

Post Graduate in MBA - Marketing

Location: Pune

Years of Exp: 7 - 10 years

Skills: Good Sales and business development experience from MNC's from Agri product based companies

Excellent interpersonal and team management skills;

Influencing and negotiation;

Innovative and strategic thinking, planning and implementation ability
