As our new Head - Workplace (North), you will lead the effort to grow and sustain the workplace business in the West India region with a motivated team. As an integral part of the workplace business strategy, you will be responsible for driving business development, design and implementation of project management processes for projects and overall build a profitable business. As a hands-on leader, you will be pivotal in defining and managing client relationships, adopting project management methodologies to meet client needs, and defining standards and processes. You will have strong relationship building skills that will help you integrate into all parts of the business and will also help you influence and grow your members. You will uphold our core values on Teamwork, Integrity and Excellence.
You will be based in Delhi NCR
This position requires successful adoption of digital initiatives like BIM, Lean and SAP, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, innovation at work to achieve timely execution and delivery of projects.

You have 10-15 years of work experience. You have a bachelor's degree in architecture, design or allied field
