Critical skill :

Strong understanding of the motor vehicle and credit/finance industry, strong understanding of business operations, strong understanding of company financials, strong understanding of credit and portfolio trends/behavior.

Strong understanding of RBI lending guidelines.

Education & Work experience :

- Master's degree in Business, Finance or equivalent, CA or CFA.

- People management and team handling experience is a must.

- Expert Knowledge of finance, insurance products and principles.

- Knowledge of Sales, Finance, Credit & Collections an added advantage.

- Management experience is an added advantage.

- Minimum 10+ year's motor vehicle industry experience in credit, sales, risk or management function.

- Excellent written and verbal skills while communicating with management and dealer principals
