Head - Wholesale Banking Operations - Digital Transformation

- One of the largest private sector banks in India is looking for 'Head - Wholesale Banking Operations and digital transformation' based out of Mumbai.

- The incumbent would be responsible for mission critical transformation project of digitising wholesale banking operations of the bank.

- He/She will have to identify, define & chalk out the scope of such projects.

- Connect with internal stake holders to partner them in the process.

- Co-ordinate with digital, business solutioning & technology team.

- Execute with sense of exigency

- This includes: ensuring activities are done through STP, process improvement, customer interaction for digitisation, monitoring SWIFT processes and operation system enhancements. Will work closely with IT, BTG and vendors, to promote the digital initiatives of the banks existing processes, new enhancements, and development projects for all products of wholesale banking operations - PAN India.

- An ideal candidate should have comprehensive exposure to wholesale banking/trade operations in large private sector or global banks of repute. Must have managed digitalisation initiatives/projects in recent past or should have extensive exposure to process excellence or business solutioning.
