15-20 years with increasing responsibility and currently in a leadership position . Candidates from Pharma industry

having experience in OTC /Consumer Healthcare preferred.

(BU Head, Head: Sales, Marketing). Exposure to managing large team.

Developing and executing on the long term sales and marketing plans for the business.

Responsible for planning sales and marketing strategies to enhance competitive position in the market.

Strategize channel wise strategies, decide on inputs ATL/ BTL, and constantly expand coverage for company brands.

Overall responsibility of the day to day operations of the business
