Head - Wealth Technology & Solutioning (3-10 yrs)
Driving Technology engagements and projects for Wealth business. This is a Business facing technology relationship manager role.
B. Position Responsibilities -
Sr. Key Responsibilities -
1. Understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements. Work with business to deliver strategic solutions for the bank
2. Work closely with Business, Operations, and other end users to understand their processes and requirements, document them and obtain sign off
3. Programme manager for end to end system delivery with help of internal teams (Development, Infrastructure etc) and partners. Application owner for retail liability space.
4. Contribute to UAT testing and implementation
5. Follow up with upstream and downstream systems for design and critical issues
6. Build and Mentor the Wealth Solutions team
C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Qualifications
Essential Graduate minimum, PG or Management graduate preferred
Experience
Essential
- Knowledge/experience on Wealth Products mainly on Mutual Fund and Insurance
- Knowledge of Depository regulation and processes
- Good documentation and presentation ability
- Efficient follow up skills
