Head Wealth Management (North & South)

- Responsible for financial guidance to clients in order to help them accomplish their financial goals & educate them about their financial objectives and risk tolerance and then recommend an appropriate Product - Mutual funds, PMS, Insurance & AIF Investment) for the client's portfolio.

Responsibility :

- To develop short term and long term sales strategies for the North & South Zone WM Business in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization and Department

- To establish standardized and efficient sales processes to ensure quality control and efficient customer service delivery

- Strategies and Achieve a balance of revenue streams through sale of MF /PMS which will build a steady annuity flow and through all other asset class

- To drive strong client servicing and client engagement parameters, to enhance market credibility and deliver superior value proposition

- To closely observe, evaluate and monitor the client positions, portfolio allocations and ensure that they fall within risk and advisory parameters as laid down by Risk, Compliance and Research Teams

- Customer Acquisition

Manage Private Wealth, PMS and AIF fund related queries :

- Ensure delivery of various MIS reports as per requirements

- To develop short term and long term sales strategies for the WM business- in line with the overall strategic goals of the organization

- Ensure discipline of asset allocation

- Continuous learning, to be better equipped than our competitors

- Financial Planning (FP) and Portfolio Services

- To ensure adherence to internal and external Financial advisory guidelines and Risk Policies and ensure standards are in place to minimize mis-selling instances

- Execution of transactions post FP and on periodical basis

- Responsible for Individual and Team Revenue generation

Build AUA- Team Management :

- To continuously scan the competition/market and report on emerging trends or any new development or Business Opportunities for Wealth Management.

- Organisational Relationship- Works closely with the Sales, Research, Products and the Corporate Office Team to Align Organisational and Departmental Goals and Deliver the desired objectives

Qualification & Experience :

1. MBA with 5-10 years of experience in Equity/ Mutual Fund sales experience is preferred & having AUM (Asset under Management) size of 20 CR & above and connect among Corporates & HNIs

2. An effective communicator with good written and verbal communication along with excellent interpersonal skills.

3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills along with good client-facing skills

4. Self-motivated and confident with strong work ethics and ability to work independently-

5. Highly organized with an ability to multitask in fast-paced customer-centric work culture.

6. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.

7. Relationship building skills required.
