Our client is a leading financial advisory and wealth management firm dedicated to assisting clients in achieving their financial goals.

Designation: Wealth Head

Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in Finance

Professional Certifications: CFP, NISM, IRDA

Experience: 12 - 15 years in the Financial Industry preferred, with experience in Broking/Capital Markets.

Role Summary:

The Wealth Head is a dynamic professional responsible for Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Client Relationship Management in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will excel in driving teams to surpass sales targets and delivering exceptional client services. This role entails establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, designing and implementing financial plans, and ensuring the execution of sound advice. Additionally, the Wealth Head will oversee the P & L of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Relationship Managers/Sr. Relationship Managers, setting and achieving sales targets for Wealth Management products, and providing guidance and motivation to maintain high performance levels.

- Maintain profitability targets through effective management of IRR and cross-selling initiatives.

- Identify avenues for revenue growth, develop business plans, and cultivate consumer preference.

- Build and expand a client base in direct equity, acquiring new Private Wealth / HNI Clients / Corporate clients through relationship building and rapport development.

- Monitor client portfolio performance and provide sustained advisory services to maximize ROI.

- Establish systems/procedures to contribute to overall growth and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with financial planning, asset allocation, and product sales standards while managing delinquencies.

- Recruit, train, and facilitate the seamless integration of new team members, managing attrition effectively.

- Achieve acquisition, activation, and cross-sell targets, with a focus on the Premium segment.

- Meet business and revenue targets set for the company.

- Conduct performance reviews to monitor and measure results effectively.

Requirements:

- 12 - 15 years of experience in the Financial Industry, preferably in the Broking industry/Capital Markets.

- Sales experience in the bank-led Private Wealth segment.

- Experience in team management.

- Behavioral Competencies:

- Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients and team members.

- Extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements, and expectations.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, clarity of thought, speech, and expression.

- Assertive and hardworking, with a results-oriented mindset.

Technical Competencies:

- Strong analytical skills.

- Expertise in building and managing teams.
