Role : Head - Warehouse Operations Location : Delhi-NCR Educational Qualification :&nbsp;IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB with 4-8 years of experience. What you will be doing? - PnL of Mother Hub &amp; Hub - FC Logistics. - Manage the end to end warehousing operations at his region and oversee all administrative&nbsp;functions of the warehouse. - Spearhead expansion and growth planned for the region, with effective use of technology in&nbsp;Warehousing. - Manage total warehousing cost, service performance and ensure safe working environment at the&nbsp;warehouse. - Plan, Design and Submit the required distribution centers infrastructural &amp; automation&nbsp;requirement. Team Management : - Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts;&nbsp;inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. - Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning&nbsp;employees; following up on work results. - Manage operations of large fulfillment center having a significant employee workforce and&nbsp;handling inward/storage/dispatch operations - Work closely with business teams in setting up and operationalising warehouse operations from&nbsp;scratch and for day-to-day issue resolution. - Planning : Inventory planning, vehicle route planning, vehicle scheduling, throughput planning,&nbsp;storage planning. One should take informed data-driven decisions What you should have? - Strong analytical &amp; problem solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Leadership Ability (Leading a task force of 100+ employees). - Good people management skills. - Strong in networking Industry :&nbsp;FMCG e-commerce
