Head - Warehouse Operations

- The whole supply chain strategy is planned, put into action, and overseen by the head of warehouse operations.

- The position collaborates closely with the leadership team and the head of warehouse to create strategic plans that enhance the effectiveness, quality, and productivity of warehouse operations.

- Additionally, the individual is essential to the growth and upkeep of connections with logistics partners and 3PLs.

Major Roles:

- Overseeing the whole logistics and warehousing department.

- Assuming a leading position in the setup, design, and operation of warehouses; overseeing the daily needs of a rapidly expanding company; and managing project management and implementation. Consider cost effectiveness while making adjustments to the warehouse and logistics operation in response to shifting company needs.

- Creating and executing KPI measurements to oversee carrier management providers; concurrently participating in continuous relationship management and contract negotiations

- Establish and oversee the connections with retail outlets, logistics firms, e-commerce partners, and third-party warehouses.

- In an effort to increase productivity and promote continuous improvement while staying within the parameters of cost, quality, reliability, and stakeholder experience, data management and reporting are being improved and automated.

- Collaborating with important internal stakeholders to foster buy-in and improve teamwork
