- More than 15 year experience in SCM (Head position more than 5 years)

- Experience in the responsible position (Head position) for Operation & Sales (Business development)

- Inter-department communication skill among departments

- Develop business plan, Budgeting with financial knowledge

- More than 300 Cr. business leading experience in 3PL company (W&D division only)

- Managing experience more than 20 direct reporting staffs

- MNC or Local top company work experience

- Experience in managing own warehouse facilities.(Warehouse purchasing, constructing, etc)

Age range 40~45
