Job Title : Operation Head
Roles & Responsibilities :
- 10+ years of work experience with at least 7 years of people management and at least 3 years of owning a complex and critical business process end to end.
- Business analysis acumen, with substantive experience measuring the success of a complex business process and proposing new business opportunities.
- Operational support and passion, with experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting service level agreements, improving the availability, performance, and quality of systems, and managing complex on-the-fly operational concerns.
- Demonstrated ability to hire and develop strong leaders and building a high performance team.
- Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills, ability to work effectively & independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Person should, ability to hire and develop strong leaders and building a high performance team.
- Will drive timely, accurate and efficient processes to stay competitive.
- You will work with the business teams WW to prioritize work, handle systems or operations issues in a timely manner, and communicate to all stakeholders.
Required Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or operations management required.
- A track record of communicating worldwide with executives and non-technical leaders, Experience with multi-national companies, dealing with customers across the world.
- MBA from Top tier schools and six sigma certification is preferred.
