For a Fast growing, Premium Insurance Broking firm. Looking for Head Sales
This will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue goals. The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, build and maintain relationships with clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Sales Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear sales targets and strategies for achieving them.
2. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored insurance solutions.
5. Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Qualifications :
- Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales and sales leadership roles, with at least 7 years of industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
