The incumbent of this position will be responsible for maintaining a market-competitive compensation and performance management structure, critical projects, HRIS, Analytics for the organization. The incumbent will lead and manage a team of professionals in planning, designing, development and execution of strategic compensation and benefits program.
Key Responsibility Areas:
The person would be responsible for:
- Strategy development and implementation of compensation, benefits, and executive compensation for the organization
- He/She would be accountable for entire C&B strategy and roll out of compensation across all levels of management
- Partnering with senior leaders to customize innovative compensation/benefit strategies that drive growth, attract/retain talent, optimize the workforce and drive productivity
- Initiating ESOP's plan in organization
- Responsible to develop and implement the total rewards program across all levels / functions
- Compensation benchmarking Surveys: Project managing end to end execution of all compensation benchmarking exercise and design pay ranges for all employees across management levels
- Annual Salary review cycle: Driving the annual salary review process across operational geographies through Compensation & Benchmarking systems
- Employee Benefits and HR Policies: Responsible for end to end management and design of all employee related benefits and policies
- Designing the Performance Management roadmap in-line with organization strategy
- Leading and reviewing designs for various Talent Management projects
- Implementing PMS Cycle through collaboration with the Leadership Team
- Driving the business re-engineering process with respect to C&B to achieve optimum operational efficiency
- Sensitization of Compensation Philosophy to existing, new joinees and HR partners
- Preparing and presenting information to the Board of Directors (Compensation Committee) that provides insights on Compensation & Benefits strategies and recommends changes
- Work with the independent consultant/s for the Compensation Committee along with the HR Head and CEO to annually evaluate the competitive market for senior management
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing policies, guidelines, architecture and procedures
- Recommending plan revisions as well as formulate new plans which are cost effective and consistent with market trends, best practices and corporate objectives
Candidate Profile :
- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience post Master's Degree, of which at least 5-6 years should have been handling C&B and PMS as a function
- Experience of benefits strategy, ESOP- s, sales incentive plan design, and executive compensation required
