Head/VP - Performance & Quality - Telecom

Head - Performance & Quality (VP level)- Telecom Company- Mumbai

The role holder is custodian of Performance and Quality of Wireless and Wireline networks cutting across technologies in CDMA, GSM and 3G and is responsible to meet network performance and quality demands from business

Deliverables and Responsibilities :

- Set performance & quality standards for various network elements of CDMA, GSM, Wi-Fi, NLD, Enterprise and IP-MPLS network

- Lead end to end quality initiatives for the function across various work groups within Technology i.e., Operations, Planning, Vendors Partners

- Data Analysis of data and trends for the use of better network dimensioning, customer usage experience resulting in superior network performance

- Collaborate with Business Units on plan development and solution delivery that helps customer usage/experience - Initiate, drive & track continuous improvements in benchmarking exercises like customer experience and evaluation/management

- Work proactively with stakeholders across functions to ensure compliance to legal and regulatory.
