Job Profile: Head of Operations/VP Operations

Job Location: Navi Mumbai

CTC - 35 LPA Max.

We are a fast going SAAS (Software as a service) company in the IoT (Internet of Things) for Transportation space. We are looking for a young energetic Head of Operations/VP Operations who will be responsible for running the day to day operations of the company while ensuring that company and customer satisfaction goals are met. The candidate must have prior experience in running operations preferably in a software company He/she will report to the CEO and will be based in Navi Mumbai.

The VP (Ops) will lead a cross functional team and oversee our company's operational processes to ensure superb customer experience. He/she will optimize our company's operating capabilities, employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives. He/she will compile reports, and control policies, procedures and will team up with management to implement business strategies.

Responsibilities - 

1. Spearheading strategies to steer the company's future in a positive direction

2. Driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals

3. Controlling company costs and introducing tactical initiatives

4. Monitoring invoices, payments and ensuring cash flows

5. Preparing timely and accurate performance reports

6. Overseeing marketing initiatives and implementing better business practices

7. Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants

8. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.

Requirements:

1. Post graduate, MBA preferred

2. Minimum 10-12 years- experience in various operating and customer facing roles

3. Possess strong technology and commercial skills

4. Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership

5. Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
