Our client is one of the leading Financial services firm.

Designation : Head / VP – Operations(Operations & Asset Accounting)

Grade : Associate Director

Experience :

- Min 12+Yrs of experience in Asset Operations & Financial Accounting, Asset Liability Management in Consumer & SME business in a Retail Bank or in an NBFC.

Required skills:

- 12+ Yrs of experience into Operations of Loans(Home / Equipment / Business / Loan against property / Machinery , etc.) , Retail Asset Operation, etc.

Educational Qualification – CA (Preferred) / MBA Finance (Full Time)

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

- Operations & Financial Accounting

- Create , develop , manage & drive the entire “Operations , Loan Management & Customer Service department”

- Ensure effective adherence to the operations and accounting policies as laid down by the company and as per the regulatory and legal frame work.

- Manage the entire process of closure of loans and issuance of NOC. Create proper check and balances and reporting.

- Liaison with the finance team of the company to ensure proper recon of the funds disbursed.

- Financial accounting for the SME & Retail assets business & management.

- Efficient and effective fund management in liaison with the central finance & treasury department of the company.

- Manage the entire Operation Department cost and budgets.
