Role : MARKETING HEAD - LOB

Reporting to : EVP & HEAD - BIZ ENABLEMENT GROUP

FINTECH EXPOSURE

Purpose of role :

BRAND MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION :

- The Consumer Banking Technology division of Intellect Design Arena, also known as iGCB is looking for passionate Product and LOB Marketing heads who will position iGCB as the Partner of Choice in chosen markets.

- They will own and drive the pipeline creation for specific products in target markets, working with Geography Sales and LOB CEOs.

Key Accountabilities :

- Fundamental accountability includes Pipeline adequacy for chosen products /chosen makets

- Creating impactful lead generation programs and campaigns

- Powerfully articulate Intellect's Digital advantage and rich Product functionality through the right channels and medium.

- Leverage the right channels at the right cost to create powerful brand visibility, to drive lead generation and accelerate sales closures

- We believe in Marketing programs strongly wiring the Sales life cycle and thus, the Marketing Anchor will own the goal of creating impactful & consistent experience at critical touch points.

Key Outputs :

- To articulate the marketing message for the set of Products and the LOB, based on thorough understanding of the Product story, & the market opportunities and create the Go to Market (GTM)strategy for the target markets in consultation with the Business Head. (This will include creation of GTM collaterals, sales kits and demo kits).

- To deploy the right set of marketing and branding levers to create a unique positioning for the Product/LOB and generate and progress leads to closure.

- Align marketing across sales lifecycle, to ensure differentiated experience and consistent experience across critical touch points.

- To build strong market intelligence framework and ensure consumer / competitive insights are wired into the product engineering process.

- To lead sales analytics and double up, as the process owner for enhancing customer satisfaction index. In these roles, he/she will assist the - CEO directly.

- To interlock with senior leadership teams in strategically important deals, bringing marketing thought leadership.

Key Competencies :

- Exposure to FinTech & B2B Product marketing would be a significant plus !

- Experience in Campaign design, Lead generation for Technology products in B2B genre

- Thorough knowledge of key marketing levers such as Analysts, Campaigns, Events.

- Experience in banking or BFSI tech companies.

- Persuasive articulation

- Strong influencer. Can comfortably work with C suite and multiple teams to connect the dots.

- Above all, high energy & creativity - to drive innovation in brand marketing.
