Head/VP - Legal - eCommerce

Looking for a 'Legal Head' for an eCommerce giant based in Bangalore..

Professional Experience: (MUST)

1. 15 yrs of minimum experience in handling Legal matter

2. Should have worked and currently working for 'Big Brand' / 'Top companies'

3. Dealing with broad range of Corporate and Commercial issues.

4. Have absolute understanding of the regulatory framework for E-commerce or relevant businesses operating in India

5. Have sound knowledge of contract and intellectual property laws, negotiation skills, diplomacy, strategic thinking, and the ability to prioritize efforts, balancing local needs with global policy and resource considerations

Professional Qualifications: (MUST)

- Law Degree with corporate experience

Duties:

1. Will be responsible for handling end-to-end Legal matters of the Company..

2. Will be working closely with the CXO's and co-ordinate with the consultants / Lawyers

3. Support all enabling functions such as HR, IT, Marketing, Sales and Finance on various legal issues.

Location: Bangalore
