Position : Head-Continuous Innovation for Retail Assets

Grade - Vice President

Location - BKC Mumbai

Who Can Apply - People working in Innovation Cell, Strategy Development, Credit Appraisal/Underwriting, Credit Policy, Product Lead for Retail Assets

Job Responsibilities :

1. Ensure Constant improvement in customer journey from Login to disbursal stage

a. Own process optimization through automation or policy changes - drive improvement in TAT, FTR, zero ops scorecard, etc

b. Ensure achievement of target efficiencies built in current year budget and build the efficiency levers in next year budget.

c. Explore levers to increase cross product fungibility and efficiency

d. Drive the builds with product teams from design to implementation and own horizontal builds.

e. Create and modify dashboards related to KRAs, DigiTwin, efficiency metrics, etc

2. Ensure Compliance with rules

a. Maintain SOPs as per compliance

b. Ensure low error rate in audit and QA reports published by audit and quality team.

3. Interface and mentor for the reporting team

a. Train the reporting team and ensure it is meeting targets

b. Retain top talent in the team

c. Manage escalations with COE Head, credit, credit ops, product teams
