Head - Visual Merchandiser - Retail - NIFT/NID

Looking for VM-Head for leading International Brand.

Setting up a 'model' store according to the company's latest design directives, and then photographing the store's windows, walls and displays in order to create a visual merchandising pack to send out to other stores (to ensure consistency with the company brand and image)

- Making the Elevation of new & renovation stores along with Faade designing

- Planning Marketing activities according to the latest trend & Product movement

- Designing of Product Pla cards for highlighting the product & to enhance the sales

- Support area VM & store team to implement brand standards across the stores to maintain the uniformity & to increase the foot traffic & sales

- Analyzing sales data with Retail Operations, Merchandisers & making strategies to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized

- Responsible for store openings

- Responsible for facade designing to execution of the same

- Sourcing of materials such as props,lighting & accessories from different place

- Keeps track of all the VM elements & ensures that the same is kept 100% safely at the retail & stock yard area

- Designing windows & setting up in store displays

- Researching for costs & working within a budget

- Coordinating with Head Office for understanding on themes, new season windows to get it executed at Regional Level.

- Making new season dockets including elevation plans & display pictures to ensure better understanding for all the regions & store team

- Developing of new vendors as per Company guidelines
