Head - Visual Merchandiser - Retail

Planning & Execution of Visual Merchandising aspects includes Conceptualization of season ,before season with Creative Head and Brand CEO`s for execution of windows and in-store display. Monitoring & Co-ordinating with 3-4 Brand Teams Brand Head, RM & Store Manager VM-EBO`s +MBO`s,guiding floor staff (600-1000) for merchandise display.

Monitor and control Visual merchandising budgets and plan for cost optimization

Liaison with the Business team and marketing team to provide Visual merchandising solutions to increase sales

Handling Accounts Procedure & budgeting. Handling SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).

Store Operation

Setting up displays, dressing mannequins, and arranging banners, posters.

Maintenance of signage and posters in & outside the store. Maintain the basic hygiene in terms of overall look of the store.

Lead a team of store Visual merchandisers to achieve consistent store displays and merchandise presentation standards as per Head office guidelines

Coaching sales staff on how to display merchandise.

Design Displays and communication for regional events and Promotions.

Training program created for Store VMs & Regional Team to train the store staff and create awareness about Visual merchandising and its importance in retail.

Setting up competent Regional Teams for execution and management of day to day visual merchandising activities.

Monitoring & Controlling in-store display for all stores across the country

Responsible for New Store Openings in the zone including Store Design with the HO design and projects team, implementing all VM graphics & elements, Merchandise presentation, communication and styling.

Coordination with Regional Offices

Adaptation and implementation of the VM dockets in the region

Audit stores for Visual Merchandising standards (Displays, Merchandise Presentation, Communication, Store maintenance and hygiene.)

Monthly reports and Process implementation in all stores for VM related activities.
