This is regarding opening with a leading Banking contact centre as a Virtual Channel Sales Head
Designation: Virtual Channel Sales Head
Experience: 10 t0 12 years with Banking with exposure to contact center (Sales Process) & field handling - preferably managing same kind of setup with mix of service & sales
Location Mumbai
Job role:
- Establishing a Virtual Relationship Management Channel from the ground up, with a presence in key places across area
- Hiring, leading, and managing a team of sales managers, programme managers, and virtual reality specialists across all of the channel's locations.
- Configuring all parts of the Contact Center/Dialer operations
- Oversee sales targets, service expectations, policies, processes, goods, and systems with the team. Training and motivating the team to exceed the given revenue targets and to strengthen client relationships by providing best-in-class customer service and cross-selling the Bank's numerous products.
- Drive the business and ensure that all productivity parameters are met, including operational (number of calls per agent, login hours, talk time, base coverage, etc. ), qualitative (script adherence, TAT, communication quality, etc.) and business-related (balance sheet lift, cross-selling, etc.).
