- Concept, Design and Delivery of digital products and journeys

1. Personal Loans- DIY , Assisted/ Phygital

2. Gold Loans Renewal/Enhancement - DIY

3. Car Loan -DIY, Assisted/ Phygital

4. Two Wheeler Loan - DIY, Assisted/ Phygital

5. Housing Loan - Assisted/ Phygital ( Large ticket + Affordable)

6. Credit Cards- DIY and Assisted

7. Other RA products - Assisted

- Concept, Design and Delivery of digital credit cards

1. Credit Card Onboarding journey -DIY, Assisted.

2. Post Servicing Modules in IB/ MB.

3. Conceptualization of digital upsell and cross-sell products

- Responsible for business use case development for analytics

- Conceptualization of various customer bases across segments and products

1. Pre-approved , Pre-qualified and Non pre-qualified

2. Contact Propensity models , Next Best Product , Limit Knockoff etc

3. Digital Scorecards in collaboration with Business and Analytics

4. Credit score offering to customers.

1. EEB Loans - DIY, Assisted/ Phygital

2. Small Ticket Consumption Loans - DIY

3. Collection QR code infrastructure

User Growth - Driving topline impact for all digital lending products/solutions primarily through branches.
