Key deliverables: - Devise and put the right strategies in place to increase market share. - Deliver against assigned revenue and product mix targets for the region. - Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, and guidance to members of the India Sales team. - Identify and groom future sales leaders of the organization. - Establish key relationships cross-functionally and with sales management, product management and product marketing to identify and attack large complex opportunities. - Establish key relationships with multi market teams to help drive complex sales and to accelerate and scale the sales and deployment of larger solution sales opportunities. - Be the face of the organization i.e. execute to the targets and build long relationships to support the brand. - Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives - Understand category-specific landscapes and trends (competition/market). - Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. - Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with clients. Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer delight. - Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product Key Requisites: - MBA from a reputed B-school - 18 to 20+ years of experience in leading complex and large sales team with proven track record of success (B2B sales) preferably in top-tier Enterprise Saas Company - Experience in quota carrying sales & marketing roles, owning strategy, execution, tactics and team management. - Excellent leadership and analytical skills. - Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts - Strong track record of navigating within large, mid-market organizations - Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships through value delivery
