Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth :

- Ownership of the revenue performance for MNC in Bangladesh and responsibility for delivering on organic growth targets

- Establish an effective sales function for MNC in Bangladesh by working with other Regional Sales leaders to create effective country sales structures

- Translate and execute Bangladesh and the regional sales strategy

- Review business development strategy, plan and budget

- Review annual plans; track progress on ongoing basis for MNC in Bangladesh

- Head Sales & Business Development within Bangladesh

- Identify and review new sales opportunities, new services, new customer industry for entry and revenue streams

- Oversee the preparation of sales budget

Sales Systems & Processes :

- Ownership of sales process for MNC in Bangladesh to ensure the Regional Sales processes are adapted and embedded into Country Sales units, including but not limited to:

- Customer acquisition process Get Strategic Sales Customer growth & retention process - Grow & Keep -Strategic Account Management

- Leading pricing & costing strategy execution, bidding process, price increase process, sales support material, sales performance management, incentive schemes, sales related HR, sales KPIs and forecasting and budgeting process

- Lead and ensure compliance in CRM platform - salesforce.com across the sub-region

- Implement incentive scheme in line with Group policy

- Ownership of sales performance and ensuring clear cascading of revenue targets to salesman level

- Ensure performance management and sales reward mechanisms are in place

- Quantify revenue potential and develop action plans with team

- Review critical studies/ analytics to gather accurate insights on market potential, competition analysis, customer analytics

Client & Internal Stakeholder Management :

- Define/ revise strategic/ KAM/ Core accounts for MNC in Bangladesh and ensure achievement of assigned new sales revenue targets on defined margins from strategic accounts

- Review sourcing/development of new strategic accounts and account planning for strategic accounts with SAM team

- For critical/ high value strategic accounts, be accountable and or be involved in account planning process

- For critical / high value deals, be involved or lead bid process including determining client requirement, support solutions, estimating commercials, negotiating etc.

- Ensure support from Service Delivery and other stakeholders on critical/ high value bids

Team Leadership :

- Responsible for coordinating with HR function for recruitment and retention of the best sales people:

- Ensure that recruitment processes are attracting the right calibre of people

- Ensure that strong sales performers are identified and developed

- Ensure effective internal and external sales training in line with Personal Development Plans

- Professional development schemes within the commercial and sales resources to ensure retention and development of high caliber sales personnel

Marketing :

- Own the MNC in brand in Bangladesh, ensure alignment of brand strategy with the Global team

- Review marketing strategy, plan and budget - events, advertisements, publications, sponsorship etc.

- Review marketing effectiveness - discuss/ ensure alignment of strategy with senior management across functions

- Resolve any escalated issues related to marketing and branding initiatives
