Job Responsibilities:
The Head -Sales position is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives.
- Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
- Responsible for Sales and Account Management Teams pan India
- Responsible for Client Growth and penetration of existing client accounts through strong team management and deliverables.
- Set strategic direction for Sales Team's Goals, capability enhancement, Sales Force Management and retention.
- Define optimal sales force structure, hire right talent for overall Sales Delivery
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
- Farm large accounts & manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction which thereby enables repeat business
- Define strong Sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales function
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support to the function

- Must be self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with strong ethics and value system
- Familiarity with CRM - Salesforce is ideal to have
- Willingness to travel across India
- Awareness of Digital Marketing Space
