Head/Vice President - PSU Bank Partnerships - Bancassurance

Role : Head - PSU Bank Partnerships (Vice President)

Location : Mumbai (Based out of the HO)

Reporting : Chief Distribution Officer

Key Impact Areas :

1. Leading the Organisation's efforts to maintain and expand relationships with Partner Banks.

2. Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in Partner Banks

3. Enhance the engagement with partner banks for consistent business generation activities and structured progression of business.

4. Effectively drive Campaigns with Bank and ensure increased sales activity through better alignment.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for driving AOP achievement and Board actionables in the respective partner banks.

- Identify, plan and monitor execution of strategic imperatives through partner banks.

- Maintain high level of engagement and leverage relationship with senior management in the partner banks (MD, ED, GM's etc.)

- Design and implement enablers to facilitate business drive in respective bank regions.

- Supervise and support the team responsible for Key Account Management of Partner Banks.

- Effectively manage communication from Banks and disseminates information to the stakeholders for driving business efficiencies.

- Responsible for driving outlook of Banks for managing positive progression of business. Monitoring and analysing performance/suggest improvements.

- Business Development skills through Relationship building at all levels in organisational structure

- Ability to lead and motivate team members

- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

- Business Acumen - Possess business, market knowledge and trends. Understands business implications of decision.

Preferred Work Experience:

- Previous work experience in Maintaining & Enhancing partnerships with key stakeholders.

- Life Insurance organisations would be preferred

- Graduate or Post Graduate with 10+ years of experience.

- Prior team handling experience is a must
