Head/Vice President - Legal - Online Digital Firm

Currently hiring a Legal Head(VP Level) for a Fast Growing & Renowned Online Digital Company in Bangalore.

Job Role :

- Responsible for controlling, managing and directing the activities of the Legal Services function.

- Analyse a broad range of complex laws, regulations affecting the operations, counsel on a range of legal issues, corporate issues, business structures

Desired profile :

- 12-18 years experience in all aspects of Legal function.

- Should be Tech Savvy, and be well versed with the complexities of Digital Platforms, Regulations, etc.

- Start up experience is a MUST.
