- The role is to lead in providing HR leadership and direction for the full spectrum of HR functions pan India.
- The incumbent should have experience in Management of proprietors, Handling Hiring Front Line Executive, Exposure in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management System, Implementation of HR Best Practices, Policy Framing, GPTW Certifications, OD Interventions.
- Experience in Leadership and strategic collaboration would be preferred.
Talent Acquisition:
- Formulate the acquisition strategy & ensure acquisition of relevant talent across levels
- To monitor & ensure overall performance of recruitment vertical w.r.t quality, costs and timelines
- Performance Management System:
- Conceptualizing, communicating and nationally deploying Performance Dialogue and Recognition programs and bringing alive the transformational agenda around Performance Management
