Job Title : Head/VP - HR

Reporting to : CEO & Executive Director

Industry : Chemicals Manufacturing

Qualification : MBA in HR (2 Years Full Time) is preferable

Experience : 16 - 22 Years of Experience

- Our client is reputed chemical manufacturing firm born in 1990, with the objective to manufacture chemicals with current turnover of about 1100 Crores. They are currently sole manufacturer of one of its product line in India. Company has 3 Manufacturing set ups in Maharashtra with 1 state of art R&D center.

We are looking to appoint a Head HR at level of Vice-President.

Ideal Candidate's Profile :

- 15-22 years of combined experience in entire gamut of human resources and strategic human capital management, of which last couple of years as Head of HR.

- Experience of IR/ER is must.

- Should be fluent in Marathi Language

Job Objective :

- The position conceptualize, designs, establishes, and implements the Human Resource function in accordance with objectives of Organization and lead the overall provision of Human Capital Management services, policies, and programs.

- Ensures that the HR objectives are aligned to the short term and long terms strategic goals and the overall vision of the company.

- Address cultural issues and ensure harmonious relationship both internally and externally.

- Leads change management/organizational development initiatives like engagement surveys, open communication forums, skip meetings to check the pulse of employees.

- Drive Senior Executive Leadership Assessment & Development for the business.

- Designs and implements reward and recognition programs for top performers.

- Develops and Implement innovative talent retention programs.

- Defines, develops and institutionalizes a corporate succession plan.

- Develop and Coaches the team members to play role of value partner by providing solutions to current and emerging talent issues.

- Responsible for strengthening the employer brands i.e. articulates the employee value proposition and make Organization as employer of choice in Chemical space.
