Head/Vice President/General Manager - R&D - Manufacturing Industry

Position : Head - Innovation and R&D

Reporting to : Managing Director

Key Purpose of the Job :

- Head - Innovation & R&D is responsible for all Innovations & R&D activities, develop new concepts, new products, design changes to an existing product and solutions by coordinating with the business plan.

- Working Closely with the R&D team to launch new products from time to time.

- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation.

Educational Qualification / Experience required :

- B.E (Mech) /B.Tech.

- Experience of over 20 years in Manufacturing Industry. Experience in handling new product developmental activities in Steel, rubber and aesthetic plastics.

- Exposure in handling R&D in home appliances industry is an advantage.

- Should know CAD / CAM / Solidworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Innovation and R&D.

- Development of innovative new product technologies for the Rubber product, as well as in identifying new opportunities for growth with existing products.

- To lead and guide a team of designers and engineering experts to complete the assigned project on time.
