Principal Responsibilities :

- Development, updating and implementation of Operational Risk Management Framework (Polices & Manuals).

- Developing & Updating ORM Methodologies and Systems for Risk Control Self- Assessment, Key Risk Indicators, Loss Data Management and Scenario Analysis.

- Ensure compliance to and timely submission of Regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Handle Operational Risk related ICAAP and Stress testing aspects.

- Highlight Key Operational Risk Issues to the management. 


- Prepare and present Operational Risk related reports/dash boards to Operational Risk Committees and Executive Management Team.

- Utilising mathematical and statistical knowledge to assist with the building of risk models in support of Operational Risk Management.

- Automation of operational risk framework and loss data management.

- Create operational risk culture and awareness through periodic training to Bank employees.

Required Skills and experience :

- Professionally qualified Masters- Finance/CA/MBA from premier institute.

- Strong experience of Operational Risk Management within Banking domain.

- Understanding of Basel and other globally recognized control frameworks

- Good skills to analyse and interpret data.

- Have good inter-personal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Should be able to work independently as an Individual Contributor

- Strong control mindset with an aptitude to identify & assess operational risk issues

- Team Management and Leadership Skills.
