As the Vice President and brand Marketing Head, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand strategy to enhance market presence and drive growth. You will lead all aspects of brand positioning, visual identity, campaign execution, and customer experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to position the brand effectively and differentiate it from competitors.
- Lead the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand objectives into impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Drive continuous improvement of the customer experience, identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record in brand management and strategy development.
- Deep understanding of the Indian market landscape, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
