About the Role

The candidate chosen to work in this role will get a unique opportunity to change the way solar EPC companies and developers in the country function. Today, most companies, especially the rooftop solar space, are not being able to deliver good quality solar projects and customer satisfaction. SafEarth is using the power of technology to change this. This is your opportunity to accelerate the country's transition to clean power by empowering the EPC companies around the country to become better and more customer-focused.

The selected candidate will lead the Vendor Business Development Team at the company. 


Roles And responsibilities would include:

1) Onboarding more regional and global vendors on the platform

2) Creating a process for more efficient vendor onboarding

3) Conduct regular vendor feedback sessions with vendors

4) Work with the Product managers to chalk out future product functionalities

5) Vendor Relationship Management

6) Organizing Marketing campaigns

7) Tracking performance and management of the Vendor Sales Team

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who meets the following criteria:

1) At least 4 years of experience in the solar industry

2) Past sales experience to solar EPC companies in India and/or abroad

3) Sound technical knowledge regarding the standard processes involved in executing solar project

4) Good communication skills

5) Proven ability to work well in a team

6) Excellent Leadership skills

7) Interest to change the world and confidence in your ability to do so
