Profile: Co-Head of Delivery

Roles and Responsibilities:

- P&L ownership of all financial research projects that would encompass but not be limited to transaction advisory services involving fairness opinion and valuation of the target for financial reporting and tax reporting purposes, detailed financial modelling and development of projections and sensitivities in fundraising and M&A situations

- Create and review projections and financial models related to Mergers & Acquisitions, transaction advisory, valuation for various purposes like ASC350, ASC805, IRC409a, ASC946, ASC820

- Oversee and manage preparation of pitch books, investment memorandum and investment teasers for sale and fundraising transactions

- Oversee and manage preparation of periodic industry trackers and white papers covering M&A transactions, fundraising mandates, valuation movements and recent trends and developments

- Maintain client relationships through effective communication and project management

- Ability to multi-task in a highly dynamic environment in order to meet project timelines and while maintain high quality of deliverables

- Review and maintain quality standards of deliverables

- Hire, train and develop new resources

- Contribute to topline growth through account farming and greenfield business development

- Leverage existing professional network across a wide spectrum of outcomes including resourcing, business development and organisation building

Requirements:

- 8+ years of valuation and financial modelling experience

a. Leading and delivering projects on fundraising and M&A mandates, fairness opinion, project finance, restructuring projects

b. Hands on experience in valuation techniques like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Relative Valuation, Sum-of-the-Parts (SOTP) etc.

- Hands on experience in most sophisticated valuation tools like Monte Carlo simulations and Black Scholes Option Pricing Models, etc.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in client handling

- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

- Working knowledge of database such as Thomson Reuters Eikon, Crunchbase, Bloomberg, Pitchbook and CapitalIQ etc.

- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good business acumen

Qualification:

- MBA in General Management / MBA in Finance / MBA in Marketing

- CFA (US) - Preferred at least Level 2 Pass
