Key purpose of the role:
Define & execute the Customer Retention strategy for the organization. S/he will be responsible for create customer policies and programs which helps in customer engagement as well as proactive and winback retention programs. The incumbent is expected to work very closely with analytics for generating customer insights and cross functionally for deployment of retention programs.

Responsible for the customer retention targets for the organization
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieving the customer retention targets as per AOP
- Creating customer retention and engagement programs which are insights and analytics led
- Responsible for increasing the online/digital payment within the base through alliances
- Create customer policies which help in retention
- Deployment of strategy to implementation through cross functional stakeholder management
